Wood Panels in First Wood
In First Wood We use Russian Pine or White Wood, it is the most common and best wood to use in Block Board production, due to its high density that allow the carpenter to install any nails or Screws many times.
In First Wood we dry the wood to reach 8% : 12% with highest technology dryers to void the roundness in the board, next step is to thickness machine that make all wood swan timber with same thickness to void the corrugation or waves in the board.
Then go to composing machine, that compose the interior core of the board by pressuring the wood panels together to void any spaces between them by wax thread that disappear after hot press.
